He is the Principal Consultant (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services) in a multibillion Naira Mining House project for the federal ministry of mines and steel development, Principal Consultant on the multi-million naira CESPO project for Bayero University Kano and a host of other projects.
A registered engineer with COREN, Registered Consultant with both COREN and ACEN has extensive training locally and abroad.

Managing Director Energy, Oil, and Gas
Smith holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Ph.D. in Finance. An information technology expert, he has worked in different capacities across various sector of the economy in Nigeria and Abroad. He worked and consulted with Kwara State University, Proctor and Gamble P & G and wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, USA. Raymond Smith has diverse knowledge in ICT project conceptualization and management, Engineering Project planning and financing, establishment of business case, risk managements, transaction advisory and development of master plan.

Head, Mechanical Engineering
Head Mechanical Engineering (Building Services) has over 15 years’ experience in small and complex building projects. Akinyele Holds a B. Tech, M. Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience working on both building and plant engineering. A team player graduated from LAUTECH and FUTA and has demonstrated maximum integrity in carrying out his responsibilities as a head of department and stakeholder.
Head Civil Engineering
Holds B.ENG and M. ENG in Civil Engineering with specialization in Highway engineering, with over 20 years’ experience in Highway and Structural detailing, he has participated in the design and supervision of numerous projects across varying clients including numerous residential buildings, high rise building, roads, bridges and pavement designs and supervision. He is actively involved in the day to day operation of the organization in decision making, project negotiation, drafting, conceptualization and execution. Tajudeen is a registered engineer with the council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and also the Nigerian Society of Engineers NSE
Senior Civil Engineer
A Civil Engineer with several years of experience and a Co-founder. He joined ECMC Engineers fully after extensive training in structural engineering across leading civil/structural engineering consulting organization. He holds HND, PGD, and M. ENG in Civil Engineering with specialization in structural engineering. He has worked on numerous projects for both private and public clients. He is a senior Civil Engineer in the organization. He has been involved in the day to day activities of the company including critical thinking and decision making. He is a COREN registered Engineer and a COREN registered Technologist.

Managing Partner, Water resources
A Water resources and structural engineer by training has over 18 years’ experience of engineering practice. He holds a B. Eng degree in Water resources engineering from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with certificate in project management. He has extensive experience in water resources engineering design and supervision, structural detailing design and supervision including erosion control, water and waste water management, dams and building structures.
Head of Operation
Business Development manager and Head of operation hold a B. Agric degree from the prestigious University of Ilorin and has an MBA to his portfolio. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Bello’s has experience in project planning, bidding, conceptualization and negotiation. He has demonstrated capability in handling complex projects in engineering and deal closure. Bello Lukman is involved in the general procurement, contract management, vendor liaison related activities in the organization.

Nene with over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunication industry with more focus in Project Management. She has proven herself to be a leader and her core strength is in her ability to offer a solid foundation from which to grow an organization. She has successfully completed Turnkey projects for ECMC customers on time and within budget. She is focused on ensuring that ECMC implements Health and Safety policies and is responsible for delivering quality on all projects as well as for developing a strong management team in each operation.
